Description 

East Staffordshire Borough Council is proposing to demolish and rebuild existing Changing Facilities at Shobnall Leisure Centre.The project comprises of the demolition of the present changing facilities block and rebuilding the changing block to provide a more efficient and modern design, creating 10 changing areas with gas-heated private shower areas. The site is part of an existing busy leisure centre in a residential area and the Council are keen to maximise the potential of the Leisure facilities on the site.The new facility will consist of six changing areas each with 12 places and four with 16 places. The approximate area of the new build will be 403m³ The construction budget for the whole scheme is approximately £480,000 (excluding VAT)It is proposed that the works will be procured through a JCT Design and Build form of Contract.
