Sales Person – Online Flooring Retailer
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Home Counties Flooring Retailers with their new Online Sales Offering as they prepare to open dedicated premises for the development of their offering. As a result they are now seeking Motivated Flooring Sales Professionals to join their in-house Sales Team.
Sales Specialists will deal with all incoming enquiries via –
• Telephone.
• Email.
• Online Portals via Website.
• Customer Enquiry Chat Rooms.
• Occasional Face to Face visitors and Tradesmen in the Showroom.
They will then establish Customer Requirements and offer the very best advice as to the required solution for their Flooring needs and recommend additional Products such as Gripper, Underlay, DPM’s etc.
The Person we are seeking will –
• Have an Excellent knowledge of all types of Carpet and Flooring and their application.
• Will be Sales and Customer Focused.
• Will have a confident and friendly Manner and be well versed in verbal and written communication.
• Will be able to Estimate for Flooring accurately and to minimize waste.
