SignAway carpets London in a rainbow
We helped to cheer London up on a drab Monday morning by printing 250m of coloured carpet for the ‘Spark Your City’ campaign led by BBC 1 presenter Gemma Cairney.
Appointed by Marmalade, Tamzin managed this project, which involved printing 25m x 5m sections of carpet, which were then fitted together on site at London Bridge.
We started the installation at midnight on Sunday 21st June and had it completed by 4am, ready for the Monday morning commuters.
‘Spark Your City’ is a global movement ‘dedicated to spark joy in everyday city life’; it aims to transform cities into ‘living playgrounds’ and will link 50 cities across the world with 1,000 events.
